Final Conference

The time has come to draw conclusions from our project.

It is now two years since the Artemis project was launched. Despite the difficult times, we have pursued the objectives of our project, trying to draw attention to a legal instrument that, in a context of widespread gender-based violence and within a single area of free movement, can make a difference in protecting women who are victims of physical, sexual and psychological abuse.

On 21 January 2022, a final conference will be held in Rome (and online) where the whole partnership, together with key stakeholders, will have the opportunity to present the main results of the project and the lessons we can learn from it, which could be useful for future initiatives and for remedying a situation that we have found to be lacking.
